Customers who purchase physical products from Roosevelt Park LLC are eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
Refund Policy for Services
Refunds for services provided by Roosevelt Park LLC are governed by the terms outlined in the applicable Engagement Letter.
Eligibility: Refund eligibility, terms, and any applicable deductions are specified within the Engagement Letter agreed upon at the commencement of the engagement.
Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, the terms of the Engagement Letter shall govern.
General Refund Terms
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution and payment processing timelines.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items or services, such as personalized products or non-cancelable services, may be excluded from refund eligibility. These exclusions, if any, will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Physical Product Orders
Timing: Orders for physical products may be canceled before the product has shipped. Once a product has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but customers may request a return or refund under our Refund Policy.
Process: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello @ rooseveltpark.dev with your order number. If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on payment processing timelines.
Cancellation of Services
Engagement Terms: Cancellation of services is governed by the terms of the applicable Engagement Letter or service agreement. Specific cancellation fees, notice requirements, and refund eligibility will be outlined in the Engagement Letter.
Refunds: Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service, as outlined in the Engagement Letter.
Cancellation of Subscriptions (if applicable)
Subscription Plans: Customers may cancel subscription plans at any time.
Billing Cycle: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.
